Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

 

Processing Time
Once your order is received allow 24-48 hours for processing excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national Holidays. The processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach your destination once fulfilled. Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address you provided and the tracking number and USPS will update your tracking number in their system once they receive it. 

Delivery Time
Your order is shipped via USPS and it typically takes 5-7 business days. Be conscious to include the 24-48 processing time to ready your order. 

Order Restrictions 
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A signature will be required upon delivery for orders equal to or greater then $100 

Returns
All items in new condition, unworn, with tags still attached are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return email our customer service team at info@skinuverse.com. if an items is defective or the incorrect item was shipped we will provide a return shipping label at no charge. Once a label is issued, you have 14 days to ship the item to USPS. We reserve the right to refuse a return and refund for damaged, altered, or worn items. If we receive your return and it can not be resold (stains, rips, alterations, oder, missing tags, missing packaging, smoke, perfume) because of the condition we will notify you and offer to return the item/ items at your expense. If you elect not to have the items returned, they will be disposed of. There are no returns on digital products once the payment has been made. Digital products include ebooks, live classes, courses, masterminds, & mentorships.

Refunds 
Refunds are allowed on items made within 14 days of the purchase date made from www.skinuverse.com. After receiving your returned item/ items an inspection to verify the items meet our return policy requirements is completed. This process usually takes 7-10 business days. Be aware we do not retune the shipping cost unless we made the mistake of sending the wrong item or a defective item. There are no refunds on digital products once the payment has been made. Digital products include ebooks, live classes, courses, masterminds, & mentorships.

Exchanges 
Returns and Exchanges should be mailed to 400 Corporate pointe., Suite 300 Culver City Ca 90230. To be eligible for an exchange the tags must be on the items with no alterations, rips, orders, perfume, smoke, and in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an item that doesn’t meet our exchange policy requirements. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanges or returns unless the wrong item was shipped or defective. Shipping cost or not refundable. If you are shipping an item over $100 it is advised you get shipping insurance and use a trackable shipping service.  There are no exchanges on digital products once the payment has been made. Digital products include ebooks, live classes, courses, masterminds, & mentorships.

 

 

FAQ

Repeated Returns
We monitor the number of returns made by our customers. Repeated/ habitual returns in breach of our General Sales Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to refusal of future orders.

Has my order been shipped?
You can monitor your order status by tracking it through the tracking number sent to your email. There may be a delay in receiving your tracking number up to 2-3 days after your order is placed.

Are there any restrictions on shipping? 
Items can only be delivered to the shipping address indicated at the time the order was placed. You can’t modified your address once the order has been placed or once the order is in transit. A signature is required upon delivery and cannot be waived. 

Orders cannot be delivered to hotels, freight forwarders, military bases, post office boxes. The carrier will attempt to deliver your order up to three times before returning it to our distribution center. 

How can I track the delivery of my order?
Once your order has shipped an email confirmation with your tracking number is included. 

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday through Friday when placed by 2pm EST or the following business day when placed after 2pm EST. Should any items be unavailable, the preparation time may be modified. Availability delays will be communicated.
